WHAT IS INTERIOR STYLING?

Once again I stress that this service is NOT Interior Design. 

Interior Styling is different than Interior Design in that it is adding the last layer of personality to your space with accessories (vases, art, pillows, etc.). By rearranging existing furniture and working with what items her clients have, Sidney will then add a few necessary pieces in order to make the space come to life! 

Interior Styling can include entire rooms or specific spaces such as built-in shelving. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Prior to meeting, you will fill out a questionnaire, send photos of your space and answer some additional pre-meeting information. Depending on the project, Sidney might prepare some notes prior to your meeting. During your consultation, Sidney will likely do the following: rearranging existing furniture + accessories and provide on the spot styling suggestions. After your appointment, Sidney provides a functional Design Plan for you that serves as a do-it-yourself guide to create a completed space, just as Sidney would! 

IS INTERIOR STYLING A GOOD FIT FOR ME?

This service is ideal for clients who already have most key furniture pieces but feel that their space is unfinished. Additionally, it works best for clients who have a clear understanding of Sidney’s aesthetic and want her style in their home! Having a  clear budget for this project is also very helpful. Together we can quickly bring a finished look to your space! 

OK, WHAT DO I GET WITH THE INTERIOR STYLING SERVICE?

Sidney specializes in residential projects, utilizing her styling skills to help you finish decorating your home (or refresh your current space), all while maintaining your personal style! With the Interior Styling service you get her personally in your home to help rearrange items as needed but you also get her advice on what additional items are needed to finish our your space. You get a functional, customized Design Plan that you can put into action immediately or over time as you are able.

Sidney works hard to incorporate a mix of items from large well-known online retailers, trusted vendors she has come to know from her two decades in the design industry, combined with one-of-a-kind vintage finds in order to create a unique design tailored specifically to your needs and budget. Again, all these vendor will be sourced online so you can shop directly.

DESIGN PLAN includes:

-Digital Mood Board: a digital collage including a curated collection of new + vintage decor and accessories for you to decorate your space 

-Shopping List: personalized shopping list with clickable links for you to purchase items directly and on your own timeline 

-Design Instructions: detailed instructions on what to put where so you can set up your space just as Sidney would! 

-Elevation(s): [if necessary] detailed view of a wall or surface such as a fireplace as it is viewed from the front

WHAT DOES IT COST?

In-Home Consultation: $150/Hour

Design Plan: $500/Per Room
