D[E]SIGN | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

D[E]SIGN is an online design service and any suggestions made are meant to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction use.

The Client agrees to provide full information regarding requirements for the project including images of the space, measurements of the space and inspiration for the overall space within a timely manner.

The Clients agrees to correspond strictly through online communication.

The Client is provided one round of edits at no charge. Anything exceeding the normal initial round of edits will warrant additional design time, billing at SWD’S hourly rate.

SWD will not be responsible for managing construction, purchasing, delivery, installation or set-up related to the D[E]SIGN project

SWD will not be held responsible for arranging deliveries, repairs, replacements, freight claims, or lead times for purchases made in conjunction with the D[E]SIGN.

SWD cannot guarantee that any item[s] suggested in our Design Plan will be in stock and available for purchase.
